I try to visit the petition website daily to read up everyone's thought on the matter. Even if you are not a smoker please take that step to sign this petition to protect yourself from this second hand smoke, who knows if you are breathing in the same toxic chemicals that smokers are inhaling. I quit smoking, a month ago today. It has not been an easy task to do after smoking for so long but I have got to think about the long term effects of this chemical. I was forced to quit, it was not my decision to do so and I am extremely upset about this. After personally being a smoker for over 15 years and smoking one brand of cigarettes I noticed a sever change in my health after smoking three packs of these FSC cigarettes. I never had any problems before the "carpet glue" was added to my normal brand. My symptoms include; headaches, upset stomach, dizziness, asthma attacks, nausea, anxiety, horrible cough, sore throat and bronchitis. September 18th 2007 - A cloud of gas and volcanic rocks sliding down Costa Rica's north-central Arenal Volcano caught the attention of residents and scientists yesterday morning.

This "pyroclastic flow" occurred at 10:12 a.m. west of the volcano's main crater and was observed from a lookout point inside the Arenal Volcano National Park, according to a statement from the Volcanological and Seismological Observatory of Costa Rica (OVSICORI) based at National University (UNA) in Heredia, north of San José.

austriantimes.at - Indian paleontologists are heading to Calcutta in West Bengal after locals claimed to have fished a prehistoric Coelacanth out of the water.

Coelacanths were believed to have been extinct since the end of the Cretaceous period until the first specimen was found off the east coast of South Africa in 1938.

Since then they have been found in the Comoros, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique and Madagascar.

I live in New Mexico under an Air Force flightpath. Stealth fighters are not at all unusual in the skies over my house. Occasionally, I see aircraft that I can not identify, and have gotten in the habit of keeping a camera handy when I am going to be outside for a while. One afternoon, I caught sight of something out of the corner of my eye. The oddest thing about these craft is that they made no noise at all that I could hear.

I snapped off 5 pictures that afternoon of these craft, but this is the only one with two flying close to each other. I don't believe in flying saucers from other planets at all. Reports total 231 sightings passed on to the MoD so far this year; compared to to 285 in 2008, 135 in 2007 and 97 in 2006.

The newspaper quoted leading UFO expert Nick Pope as saying: "We are now on track for a record year."

"I thought the number of UFOs reported last year was high, but we now know they are being reported in increasing numbers," he said.

Experts are divided over whether there has been a spike in UFO activity over Britain in the last two years as suggested by the number of sightings reported to the Ministry, or whether this could be the prevalence of digital cameras and mobile phones which are more easily able to record such phenomena. As a member of the Mutual UFO Network, Marler was at the Columbia Public Library Thursday night to present his findings and to give a crash course on the history of UFO sightings.

"I want to clarify before we start that I am not talking about extraterrestrial life but UFO's, which are simply what the name implies," Marler said. "Whether you believe in them or not, I am not here to persuade you, but hope you make up your own opinions."

Marler also said 90 percent of UFO sighting are misidentifications, whether that is a weather balloon or a planet. It is the remaining 10 percent that are MUFON's bread and butter.

"We take all these claims and go through a process of elimination to identify what the sighting could possibly be," Marler said. [...]

Reports of unidentified flying objects (UFO's) have been pouring, according to Ufologist, Edgar Picado, who is investigating the latest reports.

Picado insists that visits by extraterrestrials to the volcano are common and that the recent increase in reports is due to the increase interest in the volcano due to its recent activity.
