This photo comes from a motion sensor hunting trail camera retrieved by Jeffrey Gonzalez and David Raygoza. The camera was set up in the Sierra National Forest over the 2009 Memorial Day weekend and retrieved on June 7. You can see larger versions of the photo on the Sanger Paranormal Society website. They are making no claims that it shows a Bigfoot. Although interesting and worth further investigation, from my perspective it looks more like a bear standing on hind legs.
